Ingredients

  • 3 avocados (somewhat hard with a light softness)
  • 1 heirloom tomato (diced)
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 block Panella cheese (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup of green onions (diced)
  • 4 limes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Half all the avocados and scoop out all the halves with a spoon. Very important to not get overly ripe or super-soft avocados.
  2. Slice the avocado in half to make the width of the cubes smaller. Then cube each half and place in a bowl.
  3. Add the diced tomato, chopped cilantro, green onions, cubed cheese, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together very delicately being mindful to not turn it into guac.
  4. Add jalapenos or anything else in that tickels your fancy.
