What You Need
- 6 Skin On Chicken Thighs
- 2 tbl Miso Paste
- 2 Lemons
- 3 Tbl Avocado Oil (Or other neutral oil)
- 1 tbl Honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- Get out a baking dish and lightly oil the bottom, then place the chicken in with the skin side facing up.
- In a small or medium mixing bowl add everything below chicken on the list above.
- Mix with a whisk until combined and thick.
- Brush the top of each chicken thigh with a generous amount. Pour any left over sauce over the top of chicken thighs.
- Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered for 30-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 165 degrees.
