Ingredients

What You Need
  • 6 Skin On Chicken Thighs
  • 2 tbl Miso Paste
  • 2 Lemons
  • 3 Tbl Avocado Oil (Or other neutral oil)
  • 1 tbl Honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  2. Get out a baking dish and lightly oil the bottom, then place the chicken in with the skin side facing up.
  3. In a small or medium mixing bowl add everything below chicken on the list above.
  4. Mix with a whisk until combined and thick.
  5. Brush the top of each chicken thigh with a generous amount. Pour any left over sauce over the top of chicken thighs.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered for 30-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 165 degrees.
  7. Enjoy!
